Instructions
10mg & 25mg CBD Capsules
For starting dosage, take one softgel once per day for one week, then one softgel twice per day for one week and increase dosage thereafter as necessary. Reduce dosage or discontinue if you notice any adverse effects.
50mg CBD Capsules
GoldCaps 50mg is a high dosage. We strongly recommend you start instead with GoldCaps 25mg first to make sure you tolerate that dosage well before increasing it to 50mg. For starting dosage, take one 25mg softgel once per day for one week, then one softgel twice per day for one week. Only then commence 50mg once or twice daily. Reduce dosage or discontinue if you notice any adverse effects.
Storage: Store in cool, dry place. Refrigerate for best shelf life.
